Eye on the Horizon
We live in a fast-paced world where information is easily searched and delivered. And that information needs to be current, easy to digest and well-written.
I’ve been working at ConnectWise for two and a half years and we’ve made big strides in providing our partners with a broader range of educational materials and resources.
The ConnectWise Online Documentation has been through hefty changes over the years…
At ConnectWise, our mission is to Triple Partner Profits. Our CEO, Arnie Bellini is constantly looking for ways to solve business challenges for our partners. Fill Your Pipeline, Compress Your Sales Cycle and Juggle More Opportunities
I've been traveling the country working with ConnectWise partners and recently I've had a lot of success helping partners grow sales. Recently I visited 3 Partners who have our Bundle, the ConnectWise and Quosal combo that is tightly integrated. I have been able to really rocket their sales and sales processes. And now their sales dreams are coming true.
Fill your Pipeline
In the IT industry, most sales staffs truly are account managers NOT hunters or new business development reps. Account Managers are, in essence farmers. I have also worked with partners who have business development teams who develop new business and are exclusively focused on hunting. So, here is the great news, this consulting work has resulted in the perfection of new best practices, methodologies and training material for all ConnectWise Partners. Implement these Best Practices and I promise you will triple your profits.
We've discovered how to make the salesperson's job much simpler while getting them to also follow sales best practices. The secret is to capture more opportunities to create more quotes and juggle more deals. Implement these secrets to immediately improve sales at your IT business:
Skate to where the puck is going to be
These days you cannot pick up a magazine or watch a basketball game without the cloud being mentioned as a lead story or a commercial. The entire world of technology is slowly being absorbed into the cloud, just like clouds draw water from the earth. This concerns many ConnectWise partners because we have all made our living by supporting IT infrastructures and technology that is housed in our clients business, under their roof.
At ConnectWise, we spent thousands of hours studying this technological trend. And what our research tells us is that the cloud should not scare or concern us, the cloud should excite us. The cloud is a natural evolution of where technology must go.
As the CEO of your business, do you make the time to dream? Entrepreneurs have to dream to succeed; it's the only way your business will move to the next level.
I'm Arnie Bellini, ConnectWise CEO and chief architect. Here are my thoughts on the power of dreaming, and why you have to get out of the walls of your business to really tap into the power of your brain:
You bought ConnectWise to make your business more efficient and your staff more productive. As the CEO of ConnectWise, I’m always striving to make ConnectWise more dynamic and intuitive, to make it easier for you embrace IT best practices.
These are the kinds of things that keep me up at night: I want to build artificial intelligence into ConnectWise, to make the software the ultimate business coach. Why can’t the software coach the partner into better business processes? Instead of it being reactive, design it to proactively identify where you are not adhering to best practices. The goal is to have it coach you on how to best use it, so you can transform your business and triple your profits. The quest is to make ConnectWise the ultimate self-fulfilling prophecy.
The power of processes
When your company has less than 5 people you will naturally create business processes and standards ad hoc, communicated verbally within your organization. You should document your processes with a system, but you don't need to. When you hit 5 employees, you hit the wall on productivity. That's when you need to document your processes so they are repeatable and scalable.
