No man is an island. Just like human beings do not thrive when isolated from others, the same could be said about companies and namely technology companies. ConnectWise continually pursues integration and partnerships with a wide variety of technology companies with one goal in mind: creating success for our partners.
This may be a bold statement, but I would assert that integrations will touch some part of a partner's business at some time. Whether it's with your accounting system or an RMM solution, integration is no longer a luxury, but a critical part of ensuring the viability and success of your business. Here are three benefits to integration:
The ConnectWise-LabTech plug-in has been in play for the last few years. And it absolutely gets the job done, but after living and breathing the MSP business for 10+ years, did I think this version of the integration represented enough innovation to warrant an industry revolution?
Here's what qualifies as industry innovation: cross platform automation, the latest asset trends in changing customer environments, ensured billable accuracy, and granularity to fit the way business operations grow.
So we got smart, we asked the LabTech community and they led us straight to a recipe for success. Our partners shared exactly what worked, what didn't, and what their pain points were. These key ingredients produced an effective formula. We understood quickly the importance of uniting monitoring and configuration management teams with their business operations management counterparts to create a game changing cross-platform seamless integration between RMM and PSA.
ConnectWise TV - Triple Partner Profits with Arnie Bellini: Seven Ways to Optimize Your Service DeliveryWritten by Jeannine Edwards
Your success, we’re obsessed with it. And we’ve created a concept we take very seriously here at ConnectWise: The Pyramid of success. The foundation of the Pyramid is Best Practice – IT Solution Provider fundamentals and table stakes that the ConnectWise platform is built on.
Last week marked the kickoff of ConnectWise’s 2013 User Group meetings. Each quarter, over 1,000 ConnectWise partners gather together in one of 10 locations for a day jam packed with ConnectWise learning and networking.
As many of you pack up and get ready to head out, I’ve prepared a check list to make sure you get the most out of this awesome experience!
When we invite our partners to their quarterly User Group Meeting, we make it worth their while. We know it’s expensive for you to leave your office – not only in the easily calculated cost of airfare, hotel, and meals but also in salary and opportunity cost of time away from the office. So, when you come to a regional user group meeting, you have access to a Director, the Community Team and a Consultant. The Consultants at your User Group Meeting are there to educate on new releases, features, functions and to answer your questions on processes.
We have re-architected the foundation of ConnectWise to change the look and feel. The update is also laying the underpinning to add screens into the browser and allow your users to stop logging into the .NET client, if they wish. In addition to this massive undertaking, our Development team also managed to implement features that I, for one, am thrilled to see.
